We're a small, faith-rooted academy in the heart of Texas — built on the conviction that every child has a calling, and every calling deserves a school that takes it seriously.
Youth Empowerment School exists to raise students who lead with conviction, serve with humility, and live with purpose — preparing them not just for college, but for a life that counts.
We believe a child's education should never be separated from their character. So we built a school where the math test, the chapel service, the soccer practice, and the mission trip are all part of the same formation — one continuous training for the kind of adult the world genuinely needs.
That faith is the foundation, not the extracurricular. That children rise to the standard you set for them. That servant-leadership is taught by example, not by lecture. And that small classes, known names, and prayed-over students change everything.

YES began with twelve students, two teachers, and a borrowed classroom in a church basement. It began because a group of parents and pastors looked at the world their kids were inheriting and decided to build something better.
Eight years later, we've grown into a full K–12 academy. The classrooms are no longer borrowed. The student body has grown twentyfold. But the conviction is the same: every student is known, every day points toward something larger, and every graduate walks out ready.
A faculty called, not hired. Each member of our leadership team brings academic excellence, ministry experience, and a heart for the next generation.
We don't measure a school by what its students learn. We measure it by who they become.— Pastor James Reyes, Founder
No student gets lost in the crowd. Ever.
Scripture shapes the school day from start to finish.
High academic standards, taught with patience.
Real outreach, every quarter, every grade.
You raise them. We help. Never the other way around.
